cooked falafel

cooked mushroom

cucumber

tomato

hummus

garlic chili sauce

parsley

1-2 tsp lemon juice

Add parsley, tomato, mushroom, cucumber, lemon juice, and salt to a bowl. Toss to combine.

Add falafel to bowl of veggies, mix in garlic chili salt, and hummus. Voila!
