The Ultimate Mediterranean Bowl

  • cooked falafel 

  • cooked mushroom 

  • cucumber 

  • tomato 

  • hummus 

  • garlic chili sauce 

  • parsley

  • 1-2 tsp lemon juice

  1. Add parsley, tomato, mushroom, cucumber, lemon juice, and salt to a bowl. Toss to combine.

  2. Add falafel to bowl of veggies, mix in garlic chili salt, and hummus. Voila!
