  • light shredded cheese

  • low fat sour cream

Taco Salad

  1.  Spray pan with cooking spray, add extra lean ground chicken and calorie free seasoning of your choice

  2.  In a bowl, add lettuce, sliced tomatoes, light shredded cheese, beans, and avocado (only use whichever ingredients are tracked into your meals, unless you want to take out something else to swap it in)

  3. Mix in cooked ground chicken

  4. Mix in salsa and low fat sour cream through entire salad as a dressing.
