Sweet Chili Lime Tofu

  • stevia/sweetener

  • lime juice

  • low sodium soy sauce

  • garlic powder

  • salt

  • chopped mint leaves

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the sauce and whisk

  2. Pour sauce into pan with tofu. Turn heat on high. Stir to coat the tofu, when sauce bubbles, turn down heat. Serve with cooked veggies!

Fried Tofu

  1. Cut tofu into cubes. In a pan, drizzle olive oil (or cooking spray). Cook on medium heat until golden brown, flip every few minutes.
