Lightly cook these veggies & have them on the side, to make a tasty meal!
Sweet Chili Lime Tofu

stevia/sweetener

lime juice

low sodium soy sauce

garlic powder

salt

chopped mint leaves

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the sauce and whisk

Pour sauce into pan with tofu. Turn heat on high. Stir to coat the tofu, when sauce bubbles, turn down heat. Serve with cooked veggies!
Lime Tofu Sauce
Fried Tofu

Cut tofu into cubes. In a pan, drizzle olive oil (or cooking spray). Cook on medium heat until golden brown, flip every few minutes.
