Sloppy Joe Rice Bowl

  • extra lean ground chicken

  • green beans

  • jasmine rice

  • tomato (sliced)

  • sloppy joe seasoning

  1. Spray pan with cooking spray. Add extra lean ground chicken and sloppy joe seasoning (or seasoning of choice) to pan. Cook on medium heat.

  2. Add green beans, little bit of Himalayan salt, and cooking spray to another pan. Cover and cook on low-medium heat.

  3. Cook rice as per instructions on container. Don't add in any extra butter or oils though unless you plan on tracking it in.

  4. Once everything is cooked, combine everything in one pan and cook on low for 5 minutes. Can sample and add extra calorie free seasonings if necessary.
