Shrimp, Rice & Cooked Veggies

If you purchase frozen, pre cooked shrimp it's extremely easy to cook. All you need to do is defrost it, throw it on a pan with cooking spray, seasoning and let it heat on medium for a few minutes.

Cook rice according to instructions on packaging. Don't add any extra oils or butters.

Steam spinach, sliced tomato, and onion with cooking spray and seasoning if you'd like.

When rice is done, combine all ingredients together. Top with cheese, that's it!
