Savory Oats

  • sliced zucchini

  • sliced tomato

  • egg whites

  • egg

  • light cheese

  • avocado

  • can replace veggies with other veggies. This is yummy with broccoli and red pepper as well.

  1. Spray pan with cooking spray. Add sliced veggies and Himalayan sea salt or any other calorie free seasoning of your choice. Cook on medium heat.

  2. Fry egg on pan with cooking spray.

  3. Add oats and water to a bowl. If you want to really make the oats grow, add lots of water, microwave for about 2 minutes or until water is almost fully absorbed into oats

  4. Add egg whites, Mix really well with a fork.

  5. Microwave for 30 seconds. Mix again. If it's still too watery, microwave again. If it's done to your liking then don't microwave again.

  6. Add seasonings to oats if you like.

  7. Mix in cheese and avocado, top with veggies and egg.
