Jasmine rice or cauliflower rice

light mayo

low sodium soy sauce

Sriracha

Spray a pan with cooking spray, add slices onions and salmon.

Cook on medium heat. Add any calorie-free seasonings you like!

Cook rice according to package instructions

Cook edamame your preferred way. I buy frozen edamame so I can microwave it, then I add a little bit of sea salt or himalayan salt to it

Add salmon, onion, rice, and edamame to a bowl.

Mix in light mayo, soy sauce, and sriracha.
-
Top with avocado!
