Rice Cakes, Chicken & Veggies

  • plain rice cakes

  • cooked chicken thigh (boneless, skinless)

  • avocado

  • sliced carrots or baby carrots

  • grape tomato

  • sliced cucumber

  • low fat Caesar

  • salt & pepper

  1. Spread avocado on to plain rice cakes

  2. Add cut up pieces of chicken thigh on top

  3. On the side, you can eat the cut up veggies dipped in light Caesar! You can sprinkle salt & pepper on the veggies or on top of the avocado if you like.
