plain rice cakes

cooked chicken thigh (boneless, skinless)

avocado

sliced carrots or baby carrots

grape tomato

sliced cucumber

low fat Caesar
-
salt & pepper

Spread avocado on to plain rice cakes
-
Add cut up pieces of chicken thigh on top
-
On the side, you can eat the cut up veggies dipped in light Caesar! You can sprinkle salt & pepper on the veggies or on top of the avocado if you like.
