Red Pepper, Hummus & Feta Wrap

  • tortilla

  • avocado

  • hummus

  • low fat feta cheese

  • red pepper

  • turkey slices

  • (on the side)

  • broccoli, or any veggie of your choice

  1. Slice up red peppers, use cooking spray, & cook on medium heat.

  2. You may add salt, or any calorie-free seasonings to this.

  3. Spread avocado and hummus across the tortilla.

  4. Add the turkey slices and feta

  5. Let red peppers cool, then add them to the wrap

  6. You can eat some extra veggies on the side. Even extra red pepper!
