Protein Pancakes

  • Protein Pancake Mix- (can be found at supplement stores or health sections in most grocery stores)

  • egg

  • flour

  • almond milk

  • peanut butter

  • sugar free syrup

  • blueberries

  1. In a bowl, mix protein pancake mix, flour, baking powder and stevia/sweetener if you like

  2. Add almond milk (can add extra if too dry- I personally like pancakes thicker so I try not to make it too liquidy), and eggs, whisk together

  3. Preheat pan on medium heat for a few minutes, spray with cooking spray so pancakes don’t stick

  4. Cook to desired level, top with peanut butter, blueberries, syrup (can also cook blueberries into pancakes if you want)
