Protein Pancakes
-
Protein Pancake Mix- (can be found at supplement stores or health sections in most grocery stores)
-
egg
-
flour
-
almond milk
-
peanut butter
-
sugar free syrup
-
blueberries
-
In a bowl, mix protein pancake mix, flour, baking powder and stevia/sweetener if you like
-
Add almond milk (can add extra if too dry- I personally like pancakes thicker so I try not to make it too liquidy), and eggs, whisk together

Preheat pan on medium heat for a few minutes, spray with cooking spray so pancakes don’t stick
-
Cook to desired level, top with peanut butter, blueberries, syrup (can also cook blueberries into pancakes if you want)
