Protein Mousse

  • plain, fat free Greek yogurt

  • protein powder

  • box sugar free Jell-o

  • Water *amount used will depend on amount of jello you are using.

  • Follow instructions on the box

  1. Heat water until it’s warm but not boiling

  2. Add the Jell-O mix to the water and let it sit while you gather the other ingredients. Make sure the Jell-O is completely dissolved in the water before pouring in other ingredients or it won’t turn out right

  3. Dump the remaining ingredients in the bowl

  4. Blend the ingredients until smooth. Use a whisk or a hand blender to mix. The longer you blend, the more light and airy it will be.

  5. Pour mixture into bowls or containers, then let it set. You can use any flavours to get variety!
