Poppyseed Avocado Salad

boneless, skinless chicken breast
-
strawberry slices
-
avocado
-
light goat cheese
-
spinach
-
low-cal creamy poppyseed dressing

Cook chicken breast, using cooking spray in a pan, oven, or bbq. Can add any calorie free seasonings. Can also pre cook on a separate day.

Add spinach, strawberries, to a large bowl
-
Cut up chicken in slices, add to bowl, as well as dressing
-
Top with avocado and cheese or add to salad.
