Poppyseed Avocado Salad

  • boneless, skinless chicken breast

  • strawberry slices  

  • avocado

  • light goat cheese

  • spinach

  • low-cal creamy poppyseed dressing

  1. Cook chicken breast, using cooking spray in a pan, oven, or bbq. Can add any calorie free seasonings. Can also pre cook on a separate day.

  2. Add spinach, strawberries, to a large bowl

  3. Cut up chicken in slices, add to bowl, as well as dressing

  4. Top with avocado and cheese or add to salad.
