Peanut Protein Oatmeal

  • oats

  • egg whites

  • peanut butter

  • banana

  1. Add oats and water to a bowl. For 'fluffy larger' oats, make the oats grow, add lots of water, microwave for about 2 minutes or until water is almost fully absorbed into oats

  2. Add egg whites, and mix really well with a fork.

  3. Add fruit.

  4. Microwave for 30 seconds. Mix again. If it's still too watery, microwave again. If it's done to your liking then don't microwave again.

  5. Top with peanut butter.
