Peanut Protein Oatmeal

oats

egg whites

peanut butter

banana

Add oats and water to a bowl. For 'fluffy larger' oats, make the oats grow, add lots of water, microwave for about 2 minutes or until water is almost fully absorbed into oats

Add egg whites, and mix really well with a fork.

Add fruit.

Microwave for 30 seconds. Mix again. If it's still too watery, microwave again. If it's done to your liking then don't microwave again.

Top with peanut butter.
