Pasta and Veggies

  • spaghetti or zucchini/ low calorie noodles

  • extra lean ground chicken

  • red peppers

  • spinach

  • pasta sauce

  • depending on the calorie range of meal plan you're following, you have either zucchini/low calorie noodles or regular pasta so follow whichever is in your plan

  1. Add extra lean ground chicken to a pan with cooking spray and calorie free seasoning if you like.

  2. Cook pasta according to instructions on packaging. If cooking zucchini noodes, spray pan with cooking spray, add a very small amount of water and any calorie free seasoning of your choice.

  3. On separate pan, steam veggies of your choice- also with cooking spray and calorie free seasoning if you like

  4. Once meat is cooked, add sauce. Once everything else is cooked, add everything to a pan and cook on low for 5 minutes.
