Parmesan Garlic Wedges

  • yellow potato

  • parmesan cheese

  • garlic powder

  • salt

  • pepper

  • rosemary

  • parsley

  1. Preheat oven to 430 degrees F

  2. Add foil to baking tray, place wedges on the foil, add seasonings and olive oil (or spray wedges with cooking spray if you do not have calories available for oils)

  3. Bake for about 20 minutes, flip half way. Bake for another 20 minutes, or until crispy. Add parmesan to wedges for the last 10-15 min. Even if you plan on storing these in the fridge for a few days, you may still add the cheese as it will still taste good reheated!

  4. Eat on its own as a snack, or as a side with a meal!
