One-Pan Sausage and Veggies

yellow potatoes

chicken sausage
-
green beans
-
red pepper
-
broccoli
-
olive oil
-
Parmesan
-
garlic powder (or garlic), dried parsley,

dried oregano, salt
-
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
-
Line a large baking pan with foil
-
Cut potatoes into small pieces, slice up the sausages and vegges
-
Spray baking pan with cooking spray, place veggies and sausage on the tray and add small amount of olive oil.

Add seasonings
-
Bake for 15 minutes, then flip. Bake for another 10-15 minutes or until veggies are crispy and the sausage is browned.

Add cheese if eating right away. If saving for later, add cheese when eating!
