One-Pan Sausage and Veggies

  • yellow potatoes

  • chicken sausage

  • green beans

  • red pepper

  • broccoli

  • olive oil

  • Parmesan

  • garlic powder (or garlic), dried parsley,

  • dried oregano, salt

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F

  2. Line a large baking pan with foil

  3. Cut potatoes into small pieces, slice up the sausages and vegges

  4. Spray baking pan with cooking spray, place veggies and sausage on the tray and add small amount of olive oil. 

  5. Add seasonings

  6. Bake for 15 minutes, then flip. Bake for another 10-15 minutes or until veggies are crispy and the sausage is browned.

  7. Add cheese if eating right away. If saving for later, add cheese when eating!
