Oatmeal Bake

quick oats
-
unsweetened vanilla almond milk (can add a bit extra if it’s not enough)- 10 calories

egg
-
blueberries
-
peanut butter
-
baking powder
-
optional:

cinnamon, stevia/sweetener

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a square baking pan well with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

In a bowl, mix oats, almond milk, egg, 1 tsp baking powder, stevia/sweetener, and blueberries
-
Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes or until the top is set and lightly golden brown.
-
Add toppings.
