Oatmeal Bake

  • quick oats

  • unsweetened vanilla almond milk (can add a bit extra if it’s not enough)- 10 calories

  • egg

  • blueberries

  • peanut butter

  • baking powder

  • optional:

  • cinnamon, stevia/sweetener

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a square baking pan well with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

  2. In a bowl, mix oats, almond milk, egg, 1 tsp baking powder, stevia/sweetener, and blueberries

  3. Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes or until the top is set and lightly golden brown.

  4. Add toppings.
