Mocha Overnight Oats

  • rolled oats

  • cocoa powder

  • stevia/sweetener

  • protein powder of your choice

  • chia seeds

  • 1-2 shots espresso or coffee

  • (may need to add extra liquid- water or almond milk)

  1. Add all ingredients to a jar or tupperware.

  2. Cover and refrigerate for 5 hours before eating.

  3. Stays good in the fridge for up to 5 days! If you’ve added all ingredients and it seems very dry, add more coffee, water, or almond milk.

  4. You want it to initially be fairly liquidy because it will thicken up when it sits.
