Low Carb Mini Cheesecake

  • plain fat free Greek yogurt

  • frozen raspberries

  • Jello cheesecake pudding mix or any tasty dried pudding mix or vanilla extract

  • Golden Grahams Crunch 

  • light whipped cream

  • stevia/sweetener

  1. Mix Greek yogurt, Jello mix, and stevia

  2. Mix in crushed (or whole) Golden Graham Crunch (you can use any cereal that is tasty) and raspberries

  3. Top with light whipped cream!
