  1. Cook chicken thighs on a pan or in oven with cooking spray and your preferred seasonings.

  2. Season green beans. Cook on pan with cooking spray, on bbq or in microwave if using frozen veggies.

  3. Serve with the sweet potato fries!

Loaded Sweet Potato Fries With Chicken Thighs

  • sweet potato

  • cooked turkey or chicken bacon

  • light shredded cheese

  • olive oil

  • salt, garlic powder

  • (on the side)

  • green beans

  • chicken thighs (boneless, skinless)

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F

  2. Chop up sweet potatoes into thin fries or wedges. Drizzle olive oil and seasonings.

  3. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray, add wedges with skin side down.

  4. Bake for 35- 40 minutes. During the last 3 minutes, add turkey bacon and cheese.
