Lentil Toast with Tofu and Veggies on the Side

  • Ezekiel bread

  • garlic clove

  • low sodium soy sauce 

  • extra firm tofu 

  • red peppers

  • dry red lentils

  • nutritional yeast

  1. Cook lentils according to packaging instructions. Once cooked, add in soy sauce and garlic powder

  2. Cook extra firm tofu on pan with cooking spray. Cook red pepper the same way or on the bbq.

  3. Add lentils on top of Ezekiel bread, put the tofu and red pepper on the side.
