Lentil Taco Salad Bowl

dry red lentils

Gardein beefless ground meat

black beans
-
green bell pepper
-
cabbage
-
tomato
-
garlic

onion

salt

lime juice

olive oil

chipotle powder

Add oil to a pan on medium heat. Add chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Saute until soft.

Cook lentils according to packaging instructions.

Add the lentils and black beans to the onion, garlic, and pepper.

Stir in tomato, and seasonings.
-
Put everything in a bowl, top with lime juice and cabbage.
