Lemony Couscous Shrimp

couscous

cooked shrimp
-
green peas*
-
broccoli
-
avocado
-
olive oil
-
salt, garlic powder, dried parsley, lemon & herb seasoning

*for lower calorie plans use green beans instead of peas

Cook couscous according to packaging instructions

Season broccoli and green peas with salt and garlic powder. Cook on pan with cooking spray, on bbq or in microwave if using frozen veggies
-
Cook shrimp on medium - high heat with olive oil, add lemon & herb seasoning until shrimps are lightly browned.

Combine veggies & shrimp and pour on top of couscous in a bowl.

Slice avocado and add on top!
