Lemon Broccoli, Chickpea & Avocado Wrap

  • tortilla 

  • avocado

  • broccoli

  • red onion

  • tomato

  • canned chickpeas

  • low fat feta or nutritional yeast (vegan)

  • dijon mustard

  • salt

  • stevia/sweetener

  • garlic powder

  • red pepper flakes 

  • lemon juice

  1. In a bowl, combine broccoli, tomato, onions, and chickpeas

  2. For the dressing, add lemon juice, mustard, salt, stevia, and seasonings. Taste to ensure it isn't too tart - if it is you will want to add more stevia

  3. Pour the dressing over the veggies and chickpeas

  4. Spread avocado over tortilla. Add feta, veggies, and chickpeas to tortilla. If not all ingredients fit, you may eat some on the side.
