canned chickpeas

low fat feta or nutritional yeast (vegan)

dijon mustard

salt

stevia/sweetener

garlic powder

red pepper flakes

lemon juice

In a bowl, combine broccoli, tomato, onions, and chickpeas
-
For the dressing, add lemon juice, mustard, salt, stevia, and seasonings. Taste to ensure it isn't too tart - if it is you will want to add more stevia
-
Pour the dressing over the veggies and chickpeas
-
Spread avocado over tortilla. Add feta, veggies, and chickpeas to tortilla. If not all ingredients fit, you may eat some on the side.
