can add calorie free seasonings such as dried parsley, dried oregano, etc.

Cook rotini pasta according to instructions on package.

You can cook your broccoli or eat raw. Frozen broccoli is a great option for cooked broccoli because you can microwave it to cut down on prep time!

Chop red pepper and onions into small slices

Add all ingredients to a large bowl, stir well and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. When left overnight, it will taste even better!
