  1. Cook rotini pasta according to instructions on package.

  2. You can cook your broccoli or eat raw. Frozen broccoli is a great option for cooked broccoli because you can microwave it to cut down on prep time!

  3. Chop red pepper and onions into small slices

  4. Add all ingredients to a large bowl, stir well and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. When left overnight, it will taste even better!
