Italian Pasta Salad - Vegan

  • zucchini pasta

  • extra firm tofu

  • edamame

  • broccoli

  • red pepper

  • red onion

  • black olives

  • Kraft Calorie Wise Italian Dressing

  • add calorie free seasonings such as dried parsley, dried oregano, etc.

  1. Spray a pan with cooking spray, add zucchini noodles and seasonings. Cook over medium heat. 

  2. Spray another pan with cooking spray, slice up and season tofu, add to pan

  3. You can cook your broccoli or eat it raw. Frozen broccoli is a great option for cooked broccoli because you can microwave it to cut down on prep time! The same thing applies to the edamame. Feel free to season these as well

  4. Chop red pepper and onions into small slices

  5. Add all ingredients to a large bowl, stir well and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. When left overnight, it will taste even better!
