Grilled Steak Rice Bowl or Burger Rice Bowl (veg)

  • Flank steak or Beyond Meat Burger

  • jasmine rice (or crumbled cauliflower rice)

  • cauliflower (full pieces, not rice. If you're eating cauliflower rice, you can include that plus large cauliflower pieces)

  • red pepper

  • red onion

  • olive oil

  • avocado

  • salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, lime juice

  1. Cook steak according to personal done preference.

  2. Season veggies and cook on a pan with cooking spray, on bbq, or in microwave.

  3. Prepare rice. Once done, mix in bowl with veggies and extra seasonings if needed.

  4. Slice up steak, add it to the bowl. Mix in avocado. Voila!
