Greek Yogurt Bark

  • plain, fat free greek yogurt

  • stevia/sweetner

  • protein granola (any brand you like)

  • frozen blueberries

  • frozen raspberries

  • sugar free syrup

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  2. In a bowl, mix greek yogurt, stevia, and maple syrup.

  3. Pour onto the baking sheet and spread into a thin layer. Top with granola and berries

  4. Cover the baking sheet with a piece of foil. Keep in the freezer for a minimum of two hours (or until frozen). 

  5. You can create a big batch of this for the week so it's ready to go when you want it!
