Greek Yogurt Bark

plain, fat free greek yogurt
-
stevia/sweetner
-
protein granola (any brand you like)

frozen blueberries
-
frozen raspberries
-
sugar free syrup

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

In a bowl, mix greek yogurt, stevia, and maple syrup.

Pour onto the baking sheet and spread into a thin layer. Top with granola and berries

Cover the baking sheet with a piece of foil. Keep in the freezer for a minimum of two hours (or until frozen).

You can create a big batch of this for the week so it's ready to go when you want it!
