Grab & Go Wrap - Vegan

Ezekiel tortilla
-
Yves turkey deli slices

canned chickpeas
-
nutritional yeast
-
avocado
-
handful of spinach

can add any calorie free seasonings you like

Add chickpeas to tortilla, can mush them with a fork.

Add "turkey" slices
-
Slice up avocado, place on top
-
Sprinkle nutritional yeast on top of chick peas
-
Top with a handful of spinach
-
Wrap it up and refrigerate, then you can grab it and go in the morning! These are a great, easy lunch options as well.

Any extra ingredients that don't fit in the wrap can be saved to eat on the side!
