Grab & Go Wrap - Vegan

  • Ezekiel tortilla

  • Yves turkey deli slices

  • canned chickpeas

  • nutritional yeast

  • avocado

  • handful of spinach

  • can add any calorie free seasonings you like

  1. Add chickpeas to tortilla, can mush them with a fork. 

  2. Add "turkey" slices

  3. Slice up avocado, place on top

  4. Sprinkle nutritional yeast on top of chick peas

  5. Top with a handful of spinach

  6. Wrap it up and refrigerate, then you can grab it and go in the morning! These are a great, easy lunch options as well.

  7. Any extra ingredients that don't fit in the wrap can be saved to eat on the side!
