Egg Salad Sandwich

cherry tomatoes

cucumber

eggs

black pepper

cumin

fresh dill

bell pepper

lemon juice

bread

parsley

plain fat free Greek yogurt

red onion

walnuts
-
mustard

In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, mustard, cumin, and fresh dill.

Add in diced hard boiled egg, cucumber, and green pepper. Stir to combine.

Place parsley leaves on bread slices and put the salad on as well.

Garnish with onion slices, fresh dill, and walnuts.

Serve with the cherry tomatoes.
