Cottage Cheese Avocado Toast

  • low fat cottage cheese

  • tomato 

  • slices of bread

  • avocado

  • light shredded cheese

  • broccoli (to eat on the side)

  • salt and pepper

  1. Toast bread slices, then spread avocado on to the toast

  2. Slice up tomatoes, add them to toast.

  3. Top with cottage cheese, then add light shredded cheese

  4. You can eat cooked broccoli or any other veggie with it. As usual, my personal choice would be something frozen that I can microwave! Can also BBQ veggies or cook on a pan with cooking spray.

  5. Add salt and pepper to veggies and toast if you like
