Cooked Veggie and Quinoa Salad

boneless, skinless chicken breast

quinoa
-
asparagus
-
broccoli
-
tomato
-
light feta cheese

Cook quinoa according to instructions on package. Make sure you don't add anything extra that has calories.

Cook chicken breast. You can do it on a pan with cooking spray, in the oven, or bbq. Either way you can add any calorie free seasonings. Can pre cook on a separate day.

Steam veggies on a pan with cooking spray. You don't need to add extra water. When you wash the veggies don't dry them after and that will be enough water. Feel free to add calorie free seasoning.

Combine veggies, quinoa, and chicken in a bowl.

Top with cheese.
