Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

  • rolled oats

  • plan, fat free Greek yogurt

  • stevia/sweetener

  • Jello - sugar free fat free white chocolate pudding

  • plain, fat free greek yogurt

  • powdered peanut butter

  • chocolate chips

  1. In a jar or tupperware, mix oats, powdered peanut butter, and Jello pudding mix

  2. Add stevia to the yogurt, then add it to the oats

  3. Add almond milk, mix everything well

  4. Stir in chocolate chips. The chocolate chips do soften up slightly, so if you don't want that to happen, don't add them until you're eating the oats!

  5. Refrigerate for 5 hours before eating. During this time, oats soften and thicken up. These will stay good in the fridge up to 5 days!
