Chili

  • extra lean ground chicken

  • canned tomato- can add extra of this if yours is too dry. It's so little calories it won't make a big difference

  • kidney beans

  • red pepper

  • light shredded cheese

  • Can add onions, and any calorie free seasonings of your choice. I recommend using chill powder, a bit of cayenne, and some basil.

  1. Spray pan with cooking spray, add extra lean ground chicken and chili powder

  2. Once cooked, add tomato, sliced red pepper, onions, and kidney beans

  3. Can add additional seasonings, top with light shredded cheese.
