extra lean ground chicken

canned tomato- can add extra of this if yours is too dry. It's so little calories it won't make a big difference

kidney beans

red pepper

light shredded cheese

Can add onions, and any calorie free seasonings of your choice. I recommend using chill powder, a bit of cayenne, and some basil.

Spray pan with cooking spray, add extra lean ground chicken and chili powder

Once cooked, add tomato, sliced red pepper, onions, and kidney beans
-
Can add additional seasonings, top with light shredded cheese.
