Chickpea Scramble

canned chickpeas
-
nutritional yeast
-
tomato
-
red pepper
-
onion
-
lemon juice

garlic powder
-
turmeric powder

salt

pepper

Add the chickpeas and the lemon juice to a mixing bowl and mash them with a fork.

Add the spices, mash again until well combined.

Spray a pan with cooking spray. Cook the chickpea scramble in a frying pan over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.

Keep the chickpea scramble in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Can cook the veggies to eat with the scramble, or eat them raw.

Add nutritional yeast when eating!
