Chicken Salad Wrap

  • chicken breast

  • avocado

  • plain, fat free Greek yogurt

  • tomato

  • spinach

  • tortilla

  • lemon juice

  1. Cook chicken breast. You can do it on a pan with cooking spray, in the oven, or bbq. Either way you can add any calorie free seasonings. Can pre cook on a separate day.

  2. Mix Greek yogurt, avocado, lemon juice in a bowl.

  3. When chicken is cooked, coat it with avocado mix and add to tortilla.
