Chicken Caesar Wrap

tortilla

chicken thighs (boneless, skinless)

light Caesar dressing

light feta cheese

canned chickpeas

tomato

spinach

cooked green beans (eaten on the side to increase veggie intake)

Spray pan with cooking spray, cook chicken thigh on medium heat

In a bowl, mix veggies, chick peas, and dressing
-
Add the veggies, chick peas, chicken, and feta to the tortilla. There will likely be ingredients that don't fit in the wrap- you can eat those on the side with the green beans.
