Chicken Caesar Wrap

  • tortilla

  • chicken thighs (boneless, skinless)

  • light Caesar dressing

  • light feta cheese

  • canned chickpeas

  • tomato

  • spinach

  • cooked green beans (eaten on the side to increase veggie intake)

  1. Spray pan with cooking spray, cook chicken thigh on medium heat

  2. In a bowl, mix veggies, chick peas, and dressing

  3. Add the veggies, chick peas, chicken, and feta to the tortilla. There will likely be ingredients that don't fit in the wrap- you can eat those on the side with the green beans.
