light shredded cheese

turkey bacon

veggie of your choice

Spray pan with cooking spray. Place sliced veggie and seasoning in pan and cook on medium heat. Can do this in advance to save time.

Place flatbread on a cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 degrees for two minutes. Remove from oven.

Top flatbread with cheese, scrambled egg, turkey bacon, and veggie of your choice.

Return to oven and bake 4 more minutes or until cheese melts.
