Blueberry Cheescake Overnight Oats

  • rolled oats

  • blueberries

  • almond milk

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • lowfat cottage cheese

  • Optional: stevia/sweetener, peanut butter

  1. Add rolled oats, almond milk, stevia/sweetener, and vanilla extract into a jar or tupperware, mix.

  2. Mix in cottage cheese and blueberries

  3. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 5 hours before eating. These stay good in the fridge for up to 5 days. If you dislike oats that are very thick, you will want to add extra almond milk or even water will do the job.

  4. Top with peanut butter when eating if you like! Generally, overnight oats are eaten cold. If you try them microwaved, let me know how it goes!
