BLT Egg Cups with English Muffin

turkey or chicken bacon

eggs

egg white

spinach

tomato

light shredded cheese

avocado

English muffin

Add cooked turkey bacon, cheese, onion, tomato, and spinach to a jar. This can stay in the fridge for about 5 days.

When ready to eat, add eggs to the jar and stir well. Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir the eggs
-
Microwave for another 40-60 seconds (40 if you’re using 1 egg, 60 if you’re using 2).

Can toast English muffin and add avocado to it!
