BLT Egg Cups with English Muffin

  • turkey or chicken bacon

  • eggs

  • egg white

  • spinach

  • tomato

  • light shredded cheese

  • avocado

  • English muffin

  1. Add cooked turkey bacon, cheese, onion, tomato, and spinach to a jar. This can stay in the fridge for about 5 days.

  2. When ready to eat, add eggs to the jar and stir well. Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir the eggs

  3. Microwave for another 40-60 seconds (40 if you’re using 1 egg, 60 if you’re using 2).

  4. Can toast English muffin and add avocado to it!
