BBQ Tofu Protein Bowl

  • dry red lentils

  • extra firm tofu 

  • broccoli

  • nutritional yeast

  • garlic clove 

  • kale 

  • bbq sauce

  1. Cook lentils according to instructions on packaging

  2. Spray pan with cooking spray, add tofu slices and sliced garlic clove.

  3. Microwave broccoli or cook on pan, can add salt.

  4. Once tofu is half-way cooked, flip. Add kale to pan. Add extra seasoning to kale if needed

  5. Once done, add all ingredients to a bowl. Mix in bbq sauce and nutritional yeast. Enjoy!
