Asparagus and Edamame Pasta Salad

orzo pasta

edamame
-
asparagus
-
canned sun dried tomato

parmesan cheese
-
olive oil
-
basil
-
garlic powder
-
salt

pepper

Cook pasta according to package instructions

Spray pan with cooking spray or drizzle some olive oil. Add asparagus, edamame, and 1-2 tbsp of water to the pan. Can sprinkle on some salt and pepper as well.

Once cooked, combine all ingredients and seasoning in a bowl or tupperware and refrigerate. If you're eating it the same day as cooking, let cool for a few hours first.
