15 Minute Breakfast Pizza

  • everything bagel

  • egg

  • egg whites

  • turkey bacon

  • light shredded cheese

  1. Toast bagel in toaster or toaster oven

  2. In a small bowl, place egg and egg whites, microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Can add cheese for last 30 seconds so it melts.

  3. Pre cook turkey bacon in advance to cut down on prep time. Cook on pan with cooking spray

  4. Add bacon slices to each bagel half, top with eggs and cheese. You can put some cheese on the base of the bagel if you have enough to do so. I like eating this as an open faced bagel but you can put it together as well.
